You all may have noticed that I am posting less

Have you thought about trying voice recognition software? I have heard some folks swear by it and others at it....

Wish you the best. I just had rotator cuff surgery, and a couple of bone spurs removed on my right shoulder. The pain is significantly less than before, but the recovery is s-l-o-w. Couldn't drive for several weeks. I sure hope the shots work for you. Cortisone?

If you've torn the rotator, ruptured the bursa, torn the tendon, and ligaments, don't wait....have it fixed right away.....I did all of that by 1992, had to have it done as cortizone no longer worked....If I hadn't tried to be so "brave" (actually I was being stupid, but didn't know that at the minute) things wouldn't have been in such bad shape.... That shoulder operation was the very worst one I've ever had....(and there have been several others)...so don't let it go....they don't fix themselves, I found. Arthritis gets in and really tears everything up....

Hope yours is an easy fix.....If you'd like to assign any of us any things to post, let us know....
