Waldemar--- TPRO is a great trading issue. No matter where you buy from 6 3/8 down you will get movement. The price is so cheap even small investors can get enough so a 1/4 point move will tranlate into a nice return. If the price is 6 1/2 or up-- a sort can see a nice return. After a few trades you cannot worry about a take off as you will be so far ahead it will be easy to cover from profits.A trade on the long side will be profitable IMO no matter the purchase price,,, you just may have to hold for a short time. If the trading range stayed right where it is every trader who ever heard of TPRO would never leave. Plus al the "next week" news projections add to the volatility as many keep looking for something to happen before its time.

waldemar--- you have committed the mortal sin. questioning the mgmt of this company requires you be flamed by those that are well aware that mgmt CAN run this company in a manner that leaves little to be desired. Many questions have been asked about mgmts INability to maintain stockholder equity and only flames with no facts have been the response. As the stock price will rise anyway in a short period of time it is best to allow those who do not know and do not want to know the answers to questions like yours to continue to wallow and will spout how great they are in 6-11 months. Just hope they hold for 18-24 months on their knowlege.

re: >>a major Wall Street house should be begged to handle the PP<<

Time is of the essence - TPRO wants cash now, not in two weeks, and it appears that the $ will soon be in hand.
I don't think the big Wall St boys would've moved as fast as a smaller, local outfit did

Deal is done, so point is moot, I guess.

Waldemar,
You are confusing the company with the stock. The job of manag-
ment is to manage the company and not the stock. I personally would
not have it any other way.
This is MHO, Mark

Dear waldemar: While we may believe this 1mm private share offering is a big deal, to a major wall street house it is TOO LITTLE to bother with. Yes, I have worked with EVERY major wall street house and know of what I speak. JDN
