>>"the Obama's vacations now cost more than the iraq war"<<

Oh yeah, your kind of "facts"...

Yup, less than half as many days as Bush while Bush was blowing $Trillions on Iraq, destroying American and Iraqi lives so he could get his family revenge while telling us Osama bin Laden was not "important".

>>"According to presidential watcher Mark Knoller of CBS, George W. Bush, at this time of his presidency, had made 30 visits to his Texas ranch spanning all or part of 220 days. The Obama’s vacation day count is less than half of that."<<

I don't think Presidents should take ANY vacations.

Living in the White house with that full staff would be a better vacation than 98% of Americans could afford anyway, so I think they should just "suck it up" and stay there for the 4 years.

In these days of instant communications I don't know why they have to go ANYWHERE.

Although, I seem to remember Jimmy Carter getting criticized because he STAYED in the White House.

That's hilarious.

A Nobel Prize winning economist has written a book, "The Three Trillion Dollar Vacation". It explains all the REAL costs of having Obama and his entourage on trips around the world.
