His research papers are public domain. That's the whole point of such papers. No, they wanted his emails and phone records. And no evidence of wrongdoing was provided to support the inquiry - they just wanted them. We call this a "witch hunt".

The court threw the case out for obvious reasons. Now on appeal to state supreme court, where it's certain to be thrown out as well.

This case demonstrates very clearly the war on science that the ideologues are conducting. Thanks for bringing it up - its a great example of the effort to silence the scientific community.
