grw5, I checked your profile. I mean no disrespect but noticed that you do not have a business background. I can understand why you got confused when you did a symbol search and discoverd many "holding companies". The vast majority of the holding companies you see are not holding companies in the sense that EUTO is. Many public companies which have 10, 20 or 100 subsidiaries, including mine, set up a "holding company as the parent public company for various legal reasons. In other words, "Acme Holding Corp" doesn't signify that it is a corporation like EUTO that acquires other companies as an investor but merely is the parent comapny of its consolidatd group.
