So you're saying that an SPA would take at least 6 months to be granted?
And you're also saying that following an SPA it would take at least a year to start the first clinical trial (Q1 2013)?
You obviously have the CRO exposure/knowledge that i don't have but i thought an SPA was actually designed to fast track everything (?)
