Sankar:
Friday was a lost cause, and we had to deal with the Vanni/Chi-X enigma head on. But now that the Vanni puzzle has been solved, we can concentrate on qntm.

I think we've seen the bottom for qntm. Starting next week I say we head for higher ground. Dell reports after the bell, and they will set the tone for much of the PC tech stocks. I hope they meet or beat the street. Dale

Sankar, I was the one who noted that a post from Vanni was signed, "Chi-X", and actually I did not make any assumptions about it. Regarding the thread becoming inactive after that, it is simply a coincidence. Late Friday and Saturday are ALWAYS the slowest times on SI. I surmise the reason for this is people are catching up on "real life" things that may have been neglected during the week. That, and the fact that the market is closed for the weekend.
