Boy, NyQuil does help at night....Lessens the cough, and puts me right to sleep....Wonder what it's got in it....

I have my routine developed for my allergic rhinitis to pregnancy. Imagine having your nose stuffed up worse than ever for 9 months.

1 use Afrin at night in order to sleep. Nyquil or Actifed at night as well.
During the day, Sudafed. Plus frequent sprays of Ocean Spray and Benzedrex inhaler.

That is the only way I can survive.

Fortunately, I hardly ever get a cold anymore. I figure I am immune by this time. <g>
