You're amusing, for sure, but the fact you're attempting to beat nicotine is a positive goal. I wish you the best. I quit my cigarettes in the early/mid 90's, from a two-pack-a-day habit to zero, cold turkey, because I found myself ready to quit.

For the past few years I have enjoyed cigars, without inhaling, so my nicotine now comes through absorbing it through the lining of my mouth. I know it's probably not a positive thing, but I also know I don't really crave it now like I did when I smoked cigarettes. I also don't believe the nicotine itself is as harmful as inhaling all the extra chemical additives of cigarettes directly into my lungs. Am I only fooling myself? Perhaps. Am I just subbing cigars for cigarettes? Probably so, in a sense. I know I don't feel the same ill effects on my body as I did with the cigarettes.

Again, best of luck in your objective.

The caffeine ..... well I'll hold on to that one for now.
