JMAR will not have marketing expenses related to the Light Knife. That will be the responsibility of B-D - JMAR's "client" or customer. JMAR is just producing the Light Knife. From P. A-6 of the last Annual Report:

"The ultimate commercial success of this product will depend upon a number of factors including technical performance, cost to produce and the ABILITY OF THE COMPANY'S CUSTOMER TO OBTAIN FDA APPROVAL TO MARKET THE PRODUCTS AS WELL AS THE ABILITY OF THAT CUSTOMER TO ULTIMATELY GENERATE ADEQUATE SALES VOLUME." [caps are mine]

Tulvio, it was my understanding that the only customer for the light knife will be Beckton and Dickenson.......all marketing expenses will be incurred by B&D, Jmar has nothing to do with that end of the deal....they will be a supplier to B&D, thats it.....someone correct me if I am wrong.......;^)

As everyone has stated, the lightknife is undergoing FDA approval, and the marketing from the large medical supplier that was stated in a previous release. Tulvio do you have anything positive to say about JMAR or are you going to trash all their businesses? Negative thoughts are welcome as long as they are backed up with tangible facts.
