Rosemary, From page 25 of the 97 Annual Report: The Company's results of operations can be affected by changes in exchange rates between certain foreign currencies and the United States dollar. The Company conducts a foreign currency hedging program to reduce its exposure to the risk that the dollar-value equivalent of anticipated cash flows will be adversely affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates. Looks like the company should be fully protected against the currency fluctuations in Asia, and should be able to benefit fully from the reduced wage and component costs from that area. 3
