Thank you Steve. CIST is looking very interesting in terms of valuation. Why is the stock trading at less than half of the most recent trial settlement? Did they have some kind of hidden debt or negative factor that has been pushing down the price? If you can tell us without causing problems, who have you talked to about a buyback, and what is the current direction in terms of: 1. Possibility of buyback 2. Most likely timing of announcement 3. Size of buyback 4. Target buyback price range 5. Your target stock price after buyback announcement 6. Your feelings on fair company worth right now (cocktail napkin figure is fine) Thanks again, THC
