ok..I think I see it.....your looking at DEC's third attempt at a break out over the RSI +70 line correct? My question is than..when is a head and shoulders valid as a reversal. I still hold my position on ANDW.

Thanks Doug. As per DEC, I'll hop on it ASAP. Peter Worden did a tutorial on trading in and out of DEC for a couple of years using long and short signals generated by BOP, TSV and TRendlines and it was quite impressive. I'll see if I can find it and send it to you. Myron
