What is really sad is when the EPA finds someone who actually improved the wetlands on their property, but with Army Corps of Engineers permits but without EPA permits. They actually force them to return the property to it's previous state then with EPA permission do exactly what had already been done.

Liberals religiously protect wetlands but are ready to snuff out human forms of life without hesitation. what they don't know is that in an 'economic' sense, every working person's death, does diminish us. if they knew that, they'd be seeking an increasing population. people don't have to starve, or be homeless, anywhere on earth if they let free markets work.
