This is precisely why there will never be another hijacking, ever, of a US aircraft. The TSA Kabuki show has nothing to do with keeping us safe in the air, it's the passengers who will put a stop to any attempts to take down a flight. Exactly! Any regular traveler has learned after 9/11 that a hijacking is a death sentence. So there is nothing to lose in attacking hijackers. I am hypervigilant when I fly now. i'd prefer going down fighting rather than waiting placidly in my seat for someone to save me.
