In general terms libertarians are very pro-choice. In terms of what that phrase has usually come to mean, pro-choice on abortion, many of them are pro-choice as well, but some are not (for example see l4l.org. A libertarian could be pro-life because he considers the fetus to be another human life with rights. Libertarians are not anarchists, they want a minimal state, or at least a smaller state, that doesn't try to interfere in every little decisions, but can legitimately protect us from the initiation of force or fraud.
