Looks like he tipped on the sales tax also. He shouldn't have done that. you don't tip on the sales tax, why tip the governor of Calif. for being an asshole

Hilarious.

I think it is great someone who got lousy service actually responded appropriately. I'm the world's worst about over tipping shitting waiters. I don't know why I do it.
