Hi Billwot. No that does not sound like the best investment. Thanks for your post. Sorry about yesterday and your buckeyes, but we can still be friends. Re: cpq, I don't have a clue but MUel's announcement could not have helped. It seems the market gets very antsy when the boxmakers have high pe's. However the growth rate of dell and cpq more than justify higher multiples. Once we get out of the current doldrums the techs will be the place to be again.

As far as your mortgage is concerned it is 100% deductible. If you have money to spare put it into the market. Quantum, I know dumb dd, is supposed to go to 8o and CPQ and Intel are still good buys.
