Yes, back in September the LightSquared scam was covered in part, which is why I linked to Lindy's post from then, but the plot is thickening. There should be some interesting litigation in due course. There could be some interesting presidential political fallout too. Globalstar should get the spectrum back with permission for Ancillary Terrestrial Component authorisation. Too late for OpenRange which has gone bust, taking with it hundreds of $millions of taxpayer/citizen money which was loaned by the government to support rural internet. Mqurice
