What Geithner is proposing isn't really any different than BO's tax the rich plan, but using the word "privilege" seems like he is declaring that being born in the United States of America should require its more successful citizens pay an extra fee. He is making it sound like U.S. citizens are greedy and miserly and he makes the whole thing sound dirty and his good socialist/marxist remedy is for us to pay lots of money to the state in order to absolve our sins instead of being proud and grateful for the wonderful thing it is like we've always been.

Not being a Harry Potter fan or knowing the meaning, I had to look up the word "bludger." I like it better than leech or slacker. It will definitely become part of my vocabulary. Thank you!
