Another interesting tidbit seems to have gone unnoticed here. Pugs reported twice that the 144 (insider) shares reported by Morgan was the result of pre-split shares.

If that's true, then Morgan and Breton must have sold nearly all the 2 million shares granted in the April S-8's.

I cannot account for all the pre-split shares, but remember 13,100,000 after the split means that most 436,000 post split shares would still be locked up. And all of the 9,666,464 shares (pre-split) would come to another 322,000. (Those, the result of the acquisitions).

Morgan referred to the shares earlier in the year were reported to be 914,401 on 3-26-97, in the financials.

Riley says Morgan and Breton own the restricted shares. This proves they cant, assuming Pugs understood Morgan correctly.
