"Children should be taught about a number of religions, and about science apart and even in the absence of religion."

Why should I accept the imposition of YOUR dogmatic, philosophical and yes, religious viewpoint, on MY children?

Congrats, you also turn out not to support religious freedom ie the right to teach one's children one's religion.

For whatever reason religions have inherently resolved themselves into a team as well as a teammate disposition among their followers.
Sort of a holy ethnocentricity.
That ' us against them ' mentality breeds divisiveness between them all.
I could do without them. -g-
