Most people ride around in golf carts. There's a limit on how many cars can be on the island. Some people have to wait 10 years to get a permit for a car or a truck. Very few cars. Mostly trucks used for business. Parking is at a premium, so having a car can be a nuisance.

If someone needs a car or truck, those who have them loan them out.

I've long thought we should be able to drive golf carts in our neighborhoods....as you probably know. Or else, better yet, have some sort of little flying golf carts...Right now, we could use all the hot air from DC to fuel them if we had them.....
