From the 10K: This previously posted link to a table that "summarizes all compensation awarded to, earned by, or paid to, the Company's executive officers for services rendered in all capacities to the Company for the fiscal years ended December 31, 1994, 1995 and 1996" should help to clear up some of the compensations matters. (tried to post it but it would not work). It looks like there were no options awarded prior to 1996. edgar.whowhere.com Jane
