Each caucus has voter lists and voters can be identified as Independent, hard and soft Democrats, hard and soft Republican. To attend, each must have a voter registration card and must sign a legal document stating he/she is a Republican. Kenneth, as a lawyer, would never perjure himself. Or would he?
