Telling parents what they can and can't teach their children is profoundly totalitarian. There's no other way to see that. Do you believe in Joseph Smith's Golden Tablets??? Do you believe that the world will end based on biblical prophesy?? Do you believe gurus can levitate?? Do you believe that the soul begins at sperm or female egg and spilling the seed is a sin?? Here's the principle. People have the right to believe all those things and teach them to their children. You don't get to dictate to people what they can believe or teach to their family members.
