Since he is likely a Lying POS (as well as the aforementioned "slimy POS"), the Judge should hold him in Contempt of Court. Send him to NYC to spend his time in the Richard "Fraudster" Altomare Memorial Jail Cell! Maybe he can get The Big Dick's boyfriend/butler to assist him during the Solitary Confinement that the Slimer Altomare claimed he was held in. Ooops, forget that.
