What does that have to do with the points I made? The writer stated that K56Flex deployment was slow because of UUNet. That is wrong. The deployment trailed x2 by months because Rockwell and Ascend could not get a working product out the door. The fact that they finally seem to have it working doesn't change the fact that they are six months behind, nor does it change the fact that they lied to investors about the state of their deployment.

Ascend investors have no basis for casting stones, friend.

SI, who made your X2 modem and how was it broken? I have a USR's X2, never have any problem. period. As far as slow sale goes, I see just as many non-X2 modems sitting in Fry's shelf as X2's. Can you give me a report that documents USR's 56k game plan had any technical problems as ASND did? Let's face it, ASND screwed up its 56k strategy badly. The standardization delay actually helped ASND.

Long Ascend and 3com, looking forward to double in 6-9 months.
