Ellen, Letting others speak for you I see... :0) So let me ask you a question. You're a trader at a Mmkr firm and you're handling the OVIS/RMIL account. Assuming your scenario is correct, you have been carrying a large short position since you're convinced the company is defunct and it amounts to "free" cash for your firm's trading account. But wait... there's this guy RileyG stirring up the shareholders to take delivery of their shares and he has this "cartel" backing his up. The stock starts to rise as shares are sold to these cartel members and they are demanding delivery of certs. Your supervisor, to whom you must report to on at least a monthly basis as to the status of your trading account, certainly would be pressuring you to cover your short positions ASAP so as not to make the firm liable for a huge loss (mmkrs are in this game to make money, not lose it). And now you have the SEC poking around and they certainly frown on mmkr firms carrying excessive short positions on non-marginable stocks. Don't YOU think it would have been a good idea to cover your shorts long ago while you still had a chance??? Don't you think the price would have reflected all but 165,000 shares being in certificate form weeks ago??? They would have paid any price to cover their short position, don't you think?? I think so. And Ellen, do you think a mmkr would be going short when there are apparently only 165,000 share remaining in the float??? (remember he has to have shares in his account to sell them to the public or else he creates a short position). Why don't some of you whiz kids out there explain why this stock churned through 170,000+ shares on Thursday and only gained .40/share?? And on Friday, the price was down on relatively few shares traded which is indicative that supply exists. Either someone is lying about taking delivery, or some mysteriously unaccounted for shares are entering the market. So does anyone know when Morgan/Breton/Puhr's restricted shares become publically tradeable?? They're coming from somewhere folks. And the way the mmkrs are pricing this stock doesn't indicate that they are overly concerned about covering their short positions. Chew on that a little. Regards, Ron
