Ellen,

This is a "penny" stock. OTC:BB, not NASDQ. There aren't any rules. I don't think that there are any rules concerning exactly when they have to file. If they want to be on the AMX or NASDQ then I think they have to follow the rules or have a good explaination. Other than that, we as shareholders can't hold them to any rules. There aren't any. Not that I've found anyway. Tho usually, BB stocks try to follow the NASDQ rules and they are flexible. If they are late filing, an E is added to their symbol. CCEE has had that happen a couple of times and hasn't been halted or booted from the NASDQ.

It is very unusual for any company to go beyond the 90 days and a 45 day extension to file financials.
