<<The Michael Puhr incident is going to be interesting, that's fer shure. First he takes a
certificate from a company he is with and assigns it to another company RMCW
and wah la.... supposedly RMCW is worth $14,000,00. How'd he do dat ? Then
as a licensed broker, he is appointed to become head of a water bottling operation
and is paid in stock for that. How'd he do dat ? Now here comes Mawork saying
Puhr's been reported to the NASD for certain activities and next day he is no longer
President according to RMIL's press release. How'd he do dat? Hmmmmmmmmm>>

1. The certificate in question has only been supposition. Never shown in a finanacial. Yes, the financials are late.
2. Paid in stock? Only supposition again. Not in the fianacials. Also, he deals in Mutual Funds, etc, not necessarily stocks. Funds! A different matter.
3. The nays on this board have had a field day with Phur's background. If RMIL wants a squeeky clean financial report, Phur had to step down as an officer of the company. Logic dictates that happening.

4. smartin and Kugler post here all the time to attempt to make shareholders quit this company. They have been sucessful with one person. I hope he sues them when the stock goes up.

Then theres' Dempsey Mork who tells Kugler he's short just shy of 100,000 shares!,How'd he do that?, Then there are the California shorts who want to pass the buck to the Canadiens who decline...How'd they do that? Then the NASD starts an investigation on Dempsey Mork when his name keeps popping-up when they're investigating why RMIL shareholders can't get their certificates , How'd they do "dat"? Then DVBC dumps a ton of shares...Why'd they do "dat"? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?, Pugs

S. Martin your a real piece of work! Both you and Kugler had better quit spreading FRAUDULENT information about Mike Puhr on this board or anywhere else! Siting Mawork1 as a credible source is nothing but BS, but that's par for the two of you!

Mike Puhr has been Pres/CEO of RMCW since '94 +director of RMCW and wanted to concentrate efforts 100% on RMCW. The company also wanted to isolate responsibilities of garment vs. H2o divisions and show Main Office continuity by keeping Gary and Roland in there positions. He did not step down as CEO due to any influence of the NASD as you reported. This is purely FRAUDULENT information! I certainly hope you all have to answer to the proper authorities for posting this information in a public forum.

The transfer of the 4 mil. shares of MVPH at the historical cost of $14mm was done by PRTI's new board and not Mike Puhr. This was part of the contract to take control of PRTI.
