Here is my take on Santorum. In the first debate nobody took him seriously. The liberal media types were out to get anyone who appeared to be a threat to Obama's reelection. Their focus was on Herman Cain and Rick Perry. Perry self-destructed on his own. What scared them about Cain was that he was the only one who could attract black voters away from Obama. Santorum was the kid in the room with his hand raised but the teacher never called on him. Once the others fell by the wayside and dropped out the media saw religious and social issues as their chance to get rid of Santorum. The media elites are typical east and west coast liberals. They have no understanding of the moral values of middle Americans. Obama's biggest political mistake to date was to take on the Catholic church. Christians of all denominations as well as some other religions united against the administrations position. What the media did to try to destroy Santorum backfired and has made him stronger. The religious right started to support him. As I stated before almost all of the high ranking republicans support Romney and like it or not he will be the nominee.

I don't think Romney can win unless Obama keeps making stupid political mistake like he recently did with the Catholic church and the Keystone pipeline. Clinton had Dick Morris and Bush had Rove to advise them on political situations. I can't think of a name in the Obama Administration who functions in that role.

Another wild card is the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. Do you think it would hurt him if it is thrown out?

I understand what you are saying, but sorry my friend, I have to disagree with you on this.

But if it's any comfort, I also disagree with other friends here on this. :)

I think it was a cheap thing for Santorum to REQUEST democrats to help him get the nomination.
