Jerry,

Meaningful posts such as yours, I'll respond to willingly and cordially. I certainly don't have all the answers, so I may interject my own opinions from time to time. But if I DO interject opinions, then I try to indicate this. Some of what I learn, I learn outside of my contact with AGTI. With each passing month, I'm becoming more proficient at expanding sources of information, just so I can attempt to figure out what the heck is going on in the bingo industry.

I try not to be a rumor monger, even when I may occasionally hear a rumor which sounds like great news for all of us who are long AGTI. I heard a real doozey about two weeks ago from a major shareholder. And I mean Major with a capital M. He insisted that his source was NOT anyone at AGTI, and not even anyone in the bingo industry at all. I never posted that rumor, nor will I, because that's not my style. I try to be positive without artificial hyping.

Regarding the Edward Thompson deal in England, yes -- I believe it's real. That's a tough one for me to confirm, but my opinion is
positive. AGTI simply won't say a lot about it, but the signals look good. Just like the questions about Sega, to which I answered something like "Sega is alive and well". To the best of my knowledge this is true. My opinion is that something else is also in the oven with Sega, but no one at AGTI will confirm.

Do I think the stock will reach $2? I wouldn't go that far out on the limb of opinion, but my instinct tells me that the upside potential from $.115 is far greater than the downside risk. This industry is still new, and even adversaries seem to concur that AGTI's product is top notch. I had the good fortune of playing with the equipment when I went to Vancouver for the AGM, and it's nice stuff. My best point of reference is the product of my own industry, electronic circuit boards used by all the telco's. I have nearly a million of these boards in current stock, made by every company from Alcatel to Lucent, Nortel to XEL. In terms of fit, form and function, AGTI's equipment compares favorably to the best of them. So while I grit my teeth at $.11 shares, I still believe we will capture enough market share to be AOK in the long haul. It's a BIGGG
market out there.

Acquisitions, mergers, buyouts: sorry, but I have no scoop on that one.

One last note, Jerry. I took a look at the BNGO thread, and there seems to be a growing concern among shareholders. After long and steady gains, prices have fallen dramatically in the last month and a half, from the 10's into the 6's. There were even some trades in the 5's on Friday. Likewise, STUA has declined throughout the year, from nearly 6 into the 2's. Gametech's IPO is supposed to be priced in the $11-13 dollar range. AGTI may not be running on all 8 cylinders yet, but we're at $.115. 'Nuff said.

Jerome, I know that you didn't address your question about a $2.00 stock to me, but HR did not give you much of an answer. The numbers are simple. With the amount of shares this company has out they need to NET about $10,000,000 to be WORTH $2.00 on the stock market. That's an awful lot of machines to be installed. We are a long way off.

It definitly could get there sooner based on EARNINGS MOMENTUM if and when that starts. Example: AOL is a $70 stock, and is still not making profits. The stock market can often build incredible premiums into stock prices when they believe the potential is there. But in most cases that only happens to LISTED stocks. Institutions and BIG money don't buy BB stocks. Also, there is an incredible amount of overhead resistence in this stock. But that could be offset by a hugh short squeeze, so who really knows.

So, based on nothing more than FAIR VALUE, we need about $10,000,000 NET INCOME to be worth $2.00.

I think that $2.00 will make multi millionairs out of alot of us.
