And I hope the SEC cracks down on the abuses. I wanted to order my shares in cert form but my account is margined and borderline. Not a lot of money but I don't have any extra money to send if the margin is called. I talked to my broker about this and guess what? The clearing house for my broker is Bears and Stearns, one of the biggest shorters of this stock and he told me my margin might be called if I orderd the stock in certificate form. I needed to be careful. So my shares are in the short fund. They are being traded back and forth. Until...some of my other stocks get to the point that I can sell them to cover the margin. Only $1700. Short time. Then they are out of the float and called. Ginger/no dummy
