David, let me see if I got this right...You are up at the wee hours of the night, with a sick pregnant wife in bed, posting on a thread about a stock you know longer own, warning people about the dangers of owning worthless bb stocks, telling us all this stock will disappear by 12/31 and then putting a plug in for another stock trading under $5 that perhaps we should all sell our worthless positions in EUTO to own. If I am not right, why is it that you are here? Are you saving the world? I don't understand?

Whitetigr, I do indeed recognize the limitations of auditor's reports. I spent several years with Price Waterhouse. The Big 6 (soon to be the Big 4 and maybe someday the Big One) are much more thorough than they used to be with respect to uncovering fraud. As you know, they have been burned with enormous judgments against them for certifying fraudulent statements. However, as you indicate, the audit report is no guarantee. I am still much more comfortable with am audit report than with a company that is afraid to report to the public or its shareholders.
