They would have to find military officers who were incredibly callous in order to follow an order to turn over American troops to any foreign jurisdiction. I believe there would be plenty of resignations and refusals if such an order were made. Such an act would be a barn burner.

Whether or not this was Kenny & Obama's chosen war, they will try to spin away from this one in a flash if it goes too far wrong.
