Yes and Gold had a big drop too. So my 25% allocation move from Gold to NG worked out at least for today. I am still not sure if XCO is the best way to play the NG asset.

I am still open for other undervalued NG companies that owns a lot of the resource (in the ground) but are not loaded down w/ debt. If things get desperate enough, XCO could sell their Midstream operation to reduce debt but this is unlikely as it is the engine that is creating their positive cash flow.

As I buy more XCO, I may hedge w/ writing covered calls. I am still thinking through my long term strategy on this commodity play.
