Not at all. You have fallen for the false mantra of the grey ooze theory of humanity. The Anglophobia which is pandemic is a pain in the neck. Bring back Rudyard Kipling. It's quite a realistic view of the world. Especially, to the extent that people and places adopt those Virtuous Victorian Values they will succeed.

See how Brazil has ditched much of their barbarism and is now gaining ground. See how England lost their way for a century, degenerating into socialist failure.
