Yes, Rocky did call the year's bottom of 14 way back in January.

On the other hand, when the stock was near that bottom, he was calling for single digits. Just a couple of weeks ago, with the stock around 26 or 7, he predicted a re-test at 22.

All this proves that if you make enough predictions, you can't help but be right one in a while. Still, with respect to IOM price predictions in particular, Rocky's record is spectacularly bad.
