china would do a lot better if they would hire hal or slb to come over, do some seismic, do some test wells, and try fracing some of china's shale. i think that would give china a better idea of what is there or recoverable. i have worked with teams of chinese from china before in another industry, and they are some of the biggest wheel-reinventors that exist on earth.
