I believe this is a direct result of what the group Ruckus started at the WTO in Seattle in 1999. The Seattle Police Dept were caught with their pants down and their lack of will encouraged anarchists to go forward and multiply. Now every convention and conference is swarmed with people trying to do harm. What is ironic is that most of them are protesting the fact they are losing their freedom and liberty. Thanks to them, we are all now losing more of our freedom and liberty. Socialist organizations around the world and in WDC must be ecstatic.
