To : All CVIA thread participants,

There are some participants on this thread that have made some significant contributions, over the past several months, to help us bettor understand both the historical and current status of CVIA and some of the challenges that CVIA is trying to overcome!

However, I have noticed that recently this thread has been exposed to a variety of different dialogue, thoughts, impressions, etc.

There have been some postings that have made me wonder , what the motivational reasons were for making such postings!

We have had certain individuals take a negative approach in their posting contributions on the CVIA thread! ( And that is certainly their right to do so, as long as they have the factual data and information to back up their CVIA "bashing!).

Recently the CVIA thread has become a "Circus Environment!" (in my opinion!)--where it appears that the CVIA thread has now opened itself up to a totally off topic thread---focussing now on other stocks, that are totally unrelated ( at least in my opinion!)-- to the CVIA merger scenario!

In my own opinion, I am planning to use "PATIENCE" to be one of my "tools" to bide my time , until the CVIA business merger related activities present the market place , with it's exciting , and I hope profitable future!

My only bit of advice, that I will impart, is that the tone of the CVIA thread, is taking on a "hypster" type scenario! ( This is only my personal opinion, doesn't mean that I'm right, it just means that it's my own opinion!)

The current CVIA Management Team, ( in my opinion!) has worked very diligently in representing the best interest's of it's shareholders! And it appears that they will continue to do so!

I know this comes under the who cares category, but, until this CVIA thread gets back on topic , discussing the task at hand, --I have no interest in contributing to a thread that has it's main focus on "hyping" and non-related securities!

Thank you for your tollerance!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

P.S. Please understand that I am not pointing the finger at any one person or group of people, it's just that I felt that I had to express my own personal view of the direction, tone or mood that this CVIA thread is heading! And to me it doesn't seem or appear to mix or fit with how I personally see the way the current CVIA Management is handling and representing the interest's of the CVIA shareholders!
