Doug, these are very good companies that your group invest in and should have no problem coming back to where they should be. I have heard (unofficially from some real estate agents) that the residential property market will drop a further 20-30%. At these levels, I still consider the prices too high (compared to where I am going to live beginning next year). Most of the companies you listed are not heavy on property market (except 017).

I have liquidated most of my HK holdings a few months ago as I was planning for an "investment" property in Shanghai...glad I decided against waiting till the last moment to cash out for my down payment which is due next month.

I will be glad to pass along your message to the people in these fine companies when I have an opportunity. Good luck to your group.

Dug, I would like to communicate with you via e-mail, but would like to seek your okay before I do so. Please advise.

Sincerely,
Richard
