At any point in history, the limits to the rights they will violate depend merely upon the assertions of whichever sect is snapping the reins of power. There is no "REASON" between us under a Constitution...and the 'drawing and quartering' of times past. There is only an image in a magnifying glass and a line that suddenly warps...
