Gary,

Just through a cursory look at GPWC 10QSB, shows that their revenue has increased some 15% but their losses have also mounted, their losing (.10/share) this quarter compared to (.03/share) in the same quarter last year.

Also, they only have 2,456,000 shares outstanding, which is comparable to RMIL before consumation of the private placement. With 5 million shares of this stock being added to the outstanding shares, based on $1/share as reasonable expectation of a 50% discount to street value of RMIL's stock as terms of the private placement, you will have some 7 million shares possibly outstanding. Since GPWC is a producing company at this moment, whereas RMIL is still in the "Vision" mode, the current price may already reflect the "fair value" given to water bottlers. But all of us know (or should realize) that RMIL will need at least a year to develop the infrastructure to produce sufficient quantities of bottled water from the Ten Sleep facility.

Regards,

Ron
