As I have posted earlier I visited the company this week and found that some of my fears were unfounded. I have met with Mr. Shepherd and Mss. Maura Marx. This are the questions posted to them.

1. What is the current burn rate (how much cash is going out).

Mr. Shepherd:" No comment" He stated that since that information is not being reported any where else he is not able to give me that information either.

2. What will be the typical size of an installation.

Mr. Shepherd: An installation can be from 10-50 users. The company sees it's market in the midsize brokerage houses due to the fact that the major brokerage houses have their own news in house.

3. Are there going to be follow up services fees for each installation and what are these monthly fees going to be.

Mr. Shepherd: Yes there will be follow up fees but it will differ based on the size of users.

4. How much cash dos the company have left on hand.

Mr. Shepherd: No comment

5. What do you expect your accounts receivable to be n in the next 6 mo.
Mr. Shepherd: Between 3 -6 mil and 15 mil for 1998.

6. What vehicle is used for marketing.

Mr. Shepherd: Sales people with regional offices through out the 48 states.

7. What is the status of the network? Is it on schedule?

Mr. Shepherd: The intranet is in the process of being completed and it should be on line in January 1998.

8. Is there a site already done in the NY area?

Mr. Shepherd: There is one in Paramus NJ.

9. What is your anchor customer?

Mr. Shepherd: Empire Financial Group. Inc.

10. What is the total float?

Mr. Shepherd: The total float is at 9 mil. shares.

11. When will your web site be finished.

Mr. Shepherd: The web site will be finished by Dec 15 1997. The company has a new logo and a totally new look.

12. What is the status of the sales staff?

Mr. Shepherd: The sales people are in the training process right now.

13. Is the management thinking about a reverse split?

Mr. Shepherd: No comment.

14. Is the company planning to apply for NASDAQ listing? When?

Mr. Shepherd: The company will be applying for NASDAQ listing by the end of 1998 or as soon as the requirements are met.

15. Have you any idea why the stock price has been hammered since the public offering?

Mr. Shepherd: No. I don't keep up with the stock price on a daily basis.

As I have stated in my previous post, I belive they answered the questions posted to them honestly and when they could not answer they said so. Also He mentioned the coming January the company will begin reporting their finatial information so the questions not answered now will be then. I hope that this information helps.

Keep the Faith
