Nice piece of propaganda. Goebbels would've been proud. Heartland institute paid schills have nothing to do with science or the state of climate science period. Fact of the matter is, that the "Institute" was caught with it's pants down with it's internal memos on it's political objectives on obsfucating the science. Shame on Forbes (a WALL ST. RAG) for printing that crap.
