Wow, you remembered that post! Yes, unfortunately there's a time lag-- it looks like it's a two week lagtime. I will make sure to post the next numbers that come out, and if I can the prior number i'll post that too.
I think it might be quite significant seeing as it is at it's *FIVE* year low. If the next ratio is still around the same level, I'd say it's definitely something to consider seriously.

Oh, FYI
1 year high was on 6/13/97: 1.39
5 year high was on 6/14/96: 2.25
and, as mentioned previously,
1 year low on 10/31/97: 0.56
5 year low on 10/31/97: 0.56

IBD says greater than 0.6 is bullish, less than 0.35 is bearish.
