Robert: DELL is only piloting SystemWizard on their NOTEBOOK lines. I honestly don't think this current DELL announcement has anything to do with SystemWizard, but I sure hope I'm wrong. What it does say is that DELL's whole opinion of the feasibility of something like SystemWizard has turned 180 degrees over the past year, and this is VERY GOOD NEWS for the overall outlook for SystemWizard in the OEM market, whether it is DELL, or CPQ, or IBM, or whoever. This on-line tech support is starting to happen, it's just a matter of whether SYSF gets its piece of the pie. Mark.
