SO glad to hear nothing serious happened to the knee.....and that Ice and Aspirin will work....Rest sometimes is all you can do to make things better....So load up on a few books and magazines! Some of the ready to eat deli things at Costco are wonderful, and some of the frozen meals and other items are super as well....Veggies are easy to roast or microwave....fruit there in abundance, and of course, some wonderful goodies for the Birthday Boy.... And yes, I am going to the Caucas tomorrow AM....not sure if he is or not....
